Byng Street’s pop-up is back y’all!
We’re excited to announce the next event in Botanic’s pop-up series.
This Winter, we’re bringing the heat with…
SOUL FOOD: Cuisine from America’s Deep South
The pop-up restaurant runs for two weeks only in the Orange Botanic Gardens.
Friday 24 July to Sunday 9 August 2015
Serving up fried chicken, sticky ribs, bourbon, blues and country! If this celebration of all things Southern don’t get your fire started, you’re wood’s wet!*

Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday, from 6.30pm.
Lunch: Sundays only**, from 12.00pm.
Two Courses $55, Three Courses $65
Botanic is fully licensed (no BYO).

Byng Street Local Store is the perfect venue for smaller functions – we can accommodate up to 20 for a sit-down dinner or up to 30 for a cocktail party.
The picturesque Botanic can host larger functions, seating up to 80 people.
We guarantee a party that celebrates the festive season in style!

Byng Street Local Store offers a range of tasty menu items throughout the day, as well as our freshly baked muffins and delicious cookies, slices and sweet treats.
Breakfast includes the “famous and delicious” Breaky Roll (if you haven’t tried this signature, you must!). Lunch specials change daily, plus there’s our fridge full of fresh, tasty goodies, all made with love… all made today!

In all aspects of our business, we use local produce, from the beautiful Central West, whenever we can, including the spectacular Trunkey Bacon’s smoked streaky bacon, cut ‘wafer’ thin and eggs from local chickens at Hillside Harvest, Borenore.
