Orange F.O.O.D. Week kicks off this week, running from 10-19 April 2015, showcasing all that is great in food and wine in our beautiful city and surrounding areas.
Byng Street are joining in the fun of F.O.O.D Week with several events.
Sunday 12 April – Sunday Brunch
We’ll be offering a delicious Brunch Special all day (from 7am-2pm) for foodies looking for kick-start to the week. Available at Byng Street Local Store.
Monday 13 April – The 100 Mile Dinner at the Molong Village Green

Wednesday 15 April – The Big Bold Botanic Smokey BBQ
Botanic’s major F.O.O.D Week event, we’re teaming up with our friends from Hereford Red Beef and Heifer Station Wines to bring you a night of smokey goodness. Byng Street Local Store offers a range of tasty menu items throughout the day, as well as our freshly baked muffins and pastries.
Breakfast includes the “famous and delicious” Breaky Roll (if you haven’t tried this signature, you must!). Lunch specials change daily, plus there’s our fridge full of fresh, tasty goodies, all made with love… all made today!
In all aspects of our business, we use local produce, from the beautiful Central West, whenever we can, including the spectacular Trunkey Bacon’s smoked streaky bacon, cut ‘wafer’ thin and eggs from local chickens at Hillside Harvest, Borenore.
